Return/Exchange Procedures for customers in Georgia
N-DUO provides customers with high quality production. We make sure to make internet shopping as comfortable as possible. If a customer wants to return an item for some reason (an item is damaged, customer is not satisfied with it or wants an exchange), they can do this for the next 3 business days from the day the item gets delivered to the customer. As for exchanges, you can exchange your item for desired size or color. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Please note, you can only exchange once per item. Do not damage a sticker with the following information: logo, code, item’s name, price, order date and time. In other case the item will not be returned. If the return time – 3 business days matches a holiday or weekend, the time will start off from the next first working day.

As for exchanges, you can exchange your item for desired size or color. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Please note, you can only exchange once per item. Do not damage a sticker with the following information: logo, code, item’s name, price, order date and time. In other case the item will not be returned. If the return time – 5 business days matches a holiday or weekend, the time will start off from the next first working day.

Return/ Exchange procedure for International and Georgian residents:
• Click “my account”, then go to “orders”.
• Find a “refund” button and click on it. You will be asked to specify if you want to exchange or refund the item.
• Provide the reason for your decision.
• After we confirm your request, you can send the item you want to return at address: Tbilisi, Georgia, M. Asatiani 5, zip – 0172.
• After you have returned your item, the money you have paid will be refunded to the same credit card from which you have made a purchase in between 10 business days.

Refunds
Once the returned parcel reaches the warehouse, you will receive confirmation e-mail and money will be refunded to you (excluding shipping cost) in 10 business days after receipt of the parcel, except holiday season, during which return processing may take more time than expected.
You can ask for a new product if you received a damaged one. We will deliver a new product for no extra charge. Product is not specified as damaged if it was torn or worn out while wearing it.

Once you have received the return parcel, please note the following:
• No refunds will be issued for an item returned in a used/damaged condition or without the original tags, pouches and boxes.
• The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products.
